Austin Holland is an Advisor at MECA Commercial, where he serves clients across Gaston County and beyond. A Belmont, North Carolina native, Austin played collegiate golf at Belmont Abbey before transferring to North Carolina State University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Austin worked as Membership Director at Cramer Mountain Club, where he focused on relationship-building and creating value for members. His experience in client engagement, combined with an analytical mindset, translates seamlessly into his work helping investors, businesses, and developers identify opportunities that foster community growth.

Austin is motivated by the chance to make a lasting impact in his hometown region.
