MECA Commercial Real Estate is happy to announce that Senior Advisor James Wetzel represented the buyer, Stajos Development LLC, in the purchase of 917 Cabelas Drive in Fort Mill, SC.
The retail property, sold for $3.95 million, will soon be home to a Fireworks store and a Moe’s Southwest Grill. This transaction also assisted the buyer in completing a 1031 exchange, marking another successful deal with a repeat MECA Commercial client.
