Gantt Howell represented the buyer in the acquisition of the former Long’s Dry Cleaning property, a prominent site along the Morehead Street corridor with convenient access to The Pearl, Dilworth, Uptown, and South End.
As The Blossom Shop approaches its 100th anniversary, this acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for one of Charlotte’s most established local businesses. The project will bring new life to the property through thoughtful adaptive reuse while maintaining its presence along one of Charlotte’s key commercial corridors.
