MECA Commercial Real Estate is excited to announce the successful lease of the flex industrial space at 1045 Packard Place in Charlotte, NC.
James Wetzel represented the tenant, Rackley Roofing Company, Inc., in securing the company’s first location in the Carolinas. Headquartered in Tennessee, Rackley Roofing has grown into one of the largest roofing contractors in the South and is well known for its involvement in the NASCAR Truck Series.
The new location will support the company’s continued expansion and strengthen its presence in the Southeast market.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist Rackley Roofing with this milestone and wish them continued success as they grow throughout the region!
