Cooper Bortz is an Advisor with MECA Commercial’s Charlotte office, where he focuses on helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities with a practical, client-first approach.
Cooper enjoys the ever-changing nature of the industry and the challenge of finding solutions to the unique problems that arise with each assignment.Before joining MECA Commercial, Cooper served as an Associate with Stream Realty in its industrial division. His experience in the industrial sector, combined with his persistence, perseverance, and “hunting” mentality, allows him to approach each opportunity with determination and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Cooper believes that successful brokerage starts with listening and understanding his clients’ goals. His long-term objective is to build a strong reputation as a broker who puts his clients’ best interests first and builds lasting relationships along the way. A North Carolina native, Cooper was born in Chapel Hill and now calls Charlotte home.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their yellow Labrador, Ollie.
