Bryan Butler is a Senior Advisor with MECA based in the Charlotte office. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, he holds a B.S. in Biology from Davidson College and a Master’s in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill. Bryan began his career in marketing at Bank of America and LendingTree, where he led strategic sales and marketing initiatives. He later founded Fidelity Properties Group in 2006, managing the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
With over 18 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Bryan specializes in assisting mom-and-pop businesses in buying, selling, or leasing properties throughout the Charlotte region. He has managed over 100,000 SF of flex/warehouse space and represented investors and businesses in various real estate transactions.
Bryan is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and has served on the board of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, and Unity Classical Charter School. He was instrumental in organizing the 100 year celebration of the Camp Greene WW1 training camp on the West Side and the purchase of the Historic Dowd House for the new MECA Commercial offices. Bryan values the relationships he builds with his clients, and the ability to help companies grow and thrive.
