We’re pleased to announce the ground lease of 975 South Point Road—an outparcel at Belmont Town Center—for a new Fifth Third Bank branch.
Zach Daniel of MECA Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Raley Miller Properties, Inc., in this long-term lease of 1+ acres. The deal was completed in partnership with Katherine Southard of CBRE, who represented Fifth Third Bank.
The new FifthThird branch is a great addition to Belmont Town Center and a wonderful example of the continued growth and investment in the Belmont market. We’re excited to see this new financial institution join the community!
