Exciting Addition in NoDa!

We’re thrilled to share that 3112 N. Davidson Street in Charlotte, NC, is leased to a new restaurant! This 2,723 SF restaurant space, located in the vibrant NoDa Arts District, offers the perfect blend of charm and character for what promises to be an inviting addition to the neighborhood.

The property owner, Steve Hood, was focused on finding a local restauranteur, with a track record in the Charlotte area and a concept that complements the NODA neighborhood. With its prime location and the ever-growing energy of NoDa, the restaurant (to be revealed later) is poised to open in Q2 2025 and become a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
