We’re proud to share that MECA Commercial Real Estate represented the City of Mount Holly, North Carolina, in the purchase of approximately 1 acre of land at 101 Beaty Road — the future site of a new fire station serving the southern portion of town.
This acquisition, brokered by Sam Kline, supports a key initiative of the current City Council and reflects MECA Commercial’s ongoing role in helping Mount Holly achieve its long-term goals.
