Senior Advisor Bryan Butler represented the buyer, Brinker Family. One of their companies, The Landfill Group, needed to downsize to an affordable office headquarters near their current location on the south side of Charlotte, near Westinghouse Boulevard. After a four-month search and viewing ten sites, Bryan successfully negotiated a deal on this Pineville property, which had been on the market for over a year.
The new location offers a shorter commute for employees, convenient access to highways and the airport and highways for executives, and the property is positioned in the path of progress within downtown Pineville.
