Ariel Alcala

Ariel, a Charlotte native, is the Operations Manager for MECA and the first point of contact for those looking to work with the firm. With a background in management and customer service, Ariel’s exceptional communication skills and attention to detail make her a perfect fit for her role. Ariel joined the industry for its variety and challenges, and opportunity to collaborate with a great team.

Ariel enjoys giving back to the community as a volunteer for the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation, and is finishing her associate’s degree in business management at CPCC with plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree at UNCC. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, and biking. She is the proud mother of a seven year old son and together they stay busy exploring and taking on the world.
