Bryson “Bryce” Estridge

Bryce Estridge is an Advisor at MECA Commercial, specializing in land acquisition and development. Born and raised in Charlotte, Bryce’s deep-rooted connection to his community has shaped both his career and his passion for real estate. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Bryce dedicated eight years of service as a firefighter with the Charlotte Fire Department and Harrisburg Fire Department. His experience in high-pressure situations, combined with a strong understanding of building construction and fire protection systems, allows Bryce to navigate complex real estate transactions with ease and professionalism.

Bryce’s transition to real estate was fueled by his desire to help shape the growth of the Carolinas, bringing new homes, businesses, and opportunities to the region. He specializes in assisting developers and investors in identifying, entitling, and acquiring properties that meet both their immediate needs and long-term goals. With a track record of successful transactions across both commercial and residential projects, Bryce brings a unique perspective to land brokerage, offering creative solutions and strong negotiation skills.

Some of his notable accomplishments include playing a key role in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of a 150-acre mixed-use retail project in Seneca, SC, which broke ground in January 2025. Bryce’s expertise in site selection, land entitlement, and dispositions, as well as his extensive local market knowledge, makes him an invaluable resource for clients looking to expand or develop in the Carolinas.

When he’s not working on real estate projects, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, their growing family, and his friends. Outside of work, he stays active with hobbies like working out, playing guitar, and traveling.
