Evan Hodges is a Senior Advisor at MECA. A North Carolina native, Evan graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BSBA in Marketing. He co-founded Frank Creative Agency, serving as Creative Director before transitioning to real estate in 2017. Evan holds his NC real estate license and excels in creative marketing strategies. His primary focus is on office and retail spaces, where he represents investors and business owners in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.
Evan is dedicated to transforming real estate visions into tangible results, whether creating a business or revitalizing a community. He also serves on the UNCC Belk College of Business Alumni Council as Chair of the Member Development Committee. Outside of work, Evan pursues his passion for travel, art, music and cheering for the Carolina Panthers.
