Grant LeRoux is a Property Maintenance Specialist at MECA Commercial, based in the Charlotte office. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Grant graduated from Auburn University in 2024 with a degree in Business Administration, earning Dean’s List honors.
Before joining MECA, Grant worked in Florida managing a portfolio of properties and spearheaded the complete renovation of a 10,000-square-foot office building, transforming it from uninhabitable to fully leased within one year. With two years of experience in property management, Grant brings a strong foundation in building maintenance, communication, and client service. He also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
Passionate about helping people achieve their goals, Grant enjoys connecting with clients face-to-face, learning about their businesses, and ensuring that their properties provide the foundation for growth and success. His ideal clients are motivated business owners who know their goals and are eager to bring them to life.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting family in Vero Beach, and cheering on Auburn sports.
