William “Bill” Cuthbertson is a Senior Advisor at MECA, bringing over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. A Charlotte, NC native, Bill graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in management. He holds North Carolina and South Carolina Brokers Licenses, the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
Bill specializes in marketing industrial properties for sale and lease and representing buyers and tenants. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, location analysis, build-to-suit transactions, lease cost comparisons, investment analysis, financing options, and over 20 years of experience with environmental issues and due diligence procedures.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bill is actively involved in the community as a coach and mentor in Boy Scout programs and has served on the Board of the BRIDGE Jobs Program. Outside of work, Bill enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife Leslie and their three children.
